Approximately 17% of newly constructed homes in the Phoenix metro area are selling at or below $230,000. But despite the drop-off in the number of budget buys compared to the boom years, there are still affordable brand new homes. There are around 33 subdivisions around the Valley that have 83 available home plans starting under $176,000. When upping the price to include homes up to $199,900, another 147 plans are available. If you need help buying a new home, let me know.
