The increase in values that has dramatically affected lower priced homes in metro Phoenix has spread. Higher value neighborhoods across the Valley of the Sun have seen significant increases since March 2020. The greatest rise in home prices occurred in Peoria’s zip code of 85342 at 42%. Chandler home values in the 85249 zip code rose just under 40%. Paradise Valley was next at about 35% in its 85253 zip code. Scottsdale’s 85262 and central Mesa’s 85205 zip codes rose around 34%,
