The median home sale price in the metro Phoenix area in November was $285,000, a new median price record. For December, it is anticipated that median sales will set a new high-water mark for 2019. If true, based on the past, a new record median price for December will create strong upward price momentum in the spring home buying season. These numbers illustrate the strong demand for metro Phoenix residential real estate will continue in 2020.
