In the Western U.S. in last 2 months of 2016, the National Association of Realtors’ home sales index fell to its lowest level since the start of the year. But in the metro Phoenix area, sales were up 3.4% and inventory decreased 1.6% in December over November. So as usual we outperformed the rest of the Western states.
