And 81% of Chinese-Americans home owners said that feng shui factored into their most recent home purchase. In residential real estate feng shui has evolved into a design method that creates a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere in a home. As a result, feng shui decorating principles have spread and become attractive to all types of buyers and home owners.
