An agent checked out a new listing of an old home. All of the bedrooms of the home were in the basement. The agent walked down the stairs into a long, dark hallway that lead to what appeared to be the master bedroom. Every turn she took in that room she felt someone was watching her. As she walked back up the stairs to get out a door slammed behind her! She couldn’t get out of the home fast enough. She called the listing agent to ask if by chance someone had recently passed and the lister said that yes, as a matter of fact, the owner just died two months prior, and how did she know that?
