Get a Good Deal. When you don’t have an agent, finding the perfect home is a challenge. Agents see homes enter and leave the market every day – homes with diverse styles, prices, and neighborhoods. Agents are able to see when patterns emerge, and can tell you if a home is appropriately priced or over or undervalued. Much of the stress both buyers and sellers have in the home sale process is based on whether the price paid is appropriate. And if you’re selling, the home buying companies will give you no such advice, and their business model requires that they take advantage of you.
