In Part 1 a study showed that open-concept wet baths are a design trend with bathroom renovators. The study also showed that as to showers, half of remodelers preferred a rain shower and half wanted a standard wall mounted head. An obvious solution to please everyone is to put in both. As to toilets, 40% of people want a high-tech model and 60% would like the standard kind. I assume everyone would prefer high tech if they weren’t so expensive. When it comes to tubs, 78% want a deep contemporary tub and 22% prefer a claw foot. To me, tub choice is mostly dependent on style. Although claw foots can look good with many bathroom formats, they are preferred for older designs such as Victorian and Edwardian homes.
