In Part 1, I revealed three ways to get buyers to make an offer when you don’t completely remodel. Here are a couple more: Replace lighting. Remove out of date light fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms and upgrade to LED and recessed lighting. Accentuate or add storage. If you don’t have much closet or shelf space, emphasize what you’ve got. Baskets in the pantry, drawer organizers, wall hooks for pots and pans, and stackable shelves for cabinets will add appeal. And make sure to clear up those spaces so they aren’t crammed or overflowing. For more guidance on getting your home ready for sale, contact me at 602 397-0326.
