Gilbert was the 4th safest, Scottsdale was 10th, Chandler 14th, Peoria 28th, Mesa 32nd, Tempe 38th, and Glendale 47th. Who were the worst? The cities coming in last were San Bernardino Ca, Fort Lauderdale, Fl and St Louis, Mo.
