Changing the chosen showing time. Don’t try to negotiate the time the agent wants to show except if absolutely necessary. There is a reason the agent is asking for that time. Realize that scheduling is already being worked around the separate availability of two persons: the buyer and the agent. They may only be available for a certain time on one day, and if the agent can’t get access then, they may be unable to come back. Time is at a premium, and buyers and agents typically have many other homes on their list to see that will replace yours if unavailable.
