The metro Phoenix new home market is recovering, with Catherine Reagor reporting that permits in January were up 57% over that same month last year. In addition, in Mesa the master planned community of Eastmark ranked number one for the biggest increase in sales nationally in 2015. And the good news should continue. Forecasters believe that 13% more new homes will be built in the Phoenix metropolitan area in 2016 over 2015.
