In my last blog, Who is on the Move? I wrote about the most mobile generation last year – Baby Boomers. Who are staying put? Millennials, and those in the early 20’s. But they are not alone as only 9.8% of all U.S. residents changed their address in 2019. This was the lowest annual migration rate since the U.S. Census began keeping records 70 years ago.
