Mr. Kramoltz is the owner and designated broker of SimplySOLD ND Realty, LLC, an Arizona licensed real estate brokerage firm. He is also an attorney specializing in real estate and international business transactions, with his legal and real estate practice concentrating on the representation of buyers and sellers of real estate located in the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.
Mr. Kramoltz was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and holds dual United States and Canadian citizenship. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, and the College of Law in 1984.
In 1995 Mr. Kramoltz capitalized on his real estate knowledge by forming his own brokerage firm. He is also an Arizona Department of Real Estate Certified Instructor, and teaches residential, commercial and advanced level real estate continuing education classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Mr. Kramoltz's legal background means that he understands the current distressed sale environment and the complexities of the issues involved. As a result, he is able to advise SimplySOLD's clients of the legal ramifications of selling or acquiring short sale or lender owned real estate, without his clients having to pay for a separate law firm for that advice*.
Mr. Kramoltz is a member of a distinguished society of only approximately 1,600 real estate professionals worldwide who have earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. The CIPS program focuses on ownership and transaction principles of international real estate, including specifics on real estate buyers in Europe, the Americas and the Asia/Pacific region. Traditionally buyers from foreign countries have been significant purchasers of Arizona real estate, and the CIPS designation, and his Canadian heritage, is further evidence that Mr. Kramoltz has the necessary training and experience to work successfully with international purchasers.
