For Home Buyers

Buying a home is an exciting time in your life. Making the smart move of choosing a SimplySOLD™ REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your new home and community meets your needs.

As Your Agent, We Will:

  • Assure that you see all the MLS listed properties in the area that meet your criteria.
  • Guide you through the entire home buying process, from finding homes and getting financing through to the close of escrow.
  • Provide you with the information you need to pay the right price for your new home and protect you from making costly mistakes.
  • Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors on your credit report before applying for a loan.
Determine how much of a down payment you can afford and your monthly budget for your new purchase, including the loan payment.
Find a lender and loan program on our preferred lender list that meets your needs to get pre-qualified or preferably pre-approved.
Determine what neighborhood/area best matches your needs and the features your new home needs to have.

Closing Costs to Expect:

Lender fees include charges for originating the loan, and includes various costs the lender requires to be paid at closing, such as appraisal fees, one years worth of insurance on the home, pre-paid loan interest and real estate taxes, and the cost of a real property tax reporting service.
Third-party fees include that charged by the escrow and title companies.
Government fees are minimal (there is no deed or stamp tax in Arizona).
