Closing Costs to Expect:
Lender fees include charges for originating the loan, and includes various costs the lender requires to be paid at closing, such as appraisal fees, one years worth of insurance on the home, pre-paid loan interest and real estate taxes, and the cost of a real property tax reporting service.
Third-party fees include that charged by the escrow and title companies.
Government fees are minimal (there is no deed or stamp tax in Arizona).
